I'll fess up now, I'm not a good blogger. Sorry about that. I'll be trying to at least blog the highlights and when I don't post much, it's because we haven't really done much - just hanging around the house.
Grandma and Grandpa T arrived yesterday and we're figuring out what we want to do while they are here.
Since the Turtle visit, we've been swimming in the pool and eating homemade popsicles every day. The boys also watch cartoons in Spanish and play games on the smart phones.
A nightly ritual has begun. After dinner we go to the ocean and play until dark. This is the boy's highlight of the day. They play in the sand, build forts (who cares about sand castles? Forts have guns!) and ride the waves in on the boogie board.
There are also some "local" cows on the loose that roam around town and the beach. They seem docile enough. Apparently Potrero used to be owned by a rancher. He divided, housed were built, but he kept the cows and now they eat everyone's lawn.
